Dan Webb, PhD
Dan holds a PhD in Sociology from the University at Buffalo. He has over eight years of experience writing and evaluating local, state, and national grants. In addition, he has over four years of experience in business/organizational intelligence and data analytics. His experience includes evaluation and research in education (elementary through post-secondary), youth drug and alcohol prevention, health and medicine, and housing and urban development. Before joining Catalyst Research, Dan served as Director of Evaluation for a statewide evaluation firm located in Buffalo, New York.
Meghan Guinnee, PhD
Meghan holds a PhD in Biology from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. She has served as an evaluator or consultant on a number of health and substance abuse prevention projects. While her specialty is quantitative methods and analysis, she has experience with the entire program lifespan, and has worked on such varied topics as program design, grant writing, evaluation, and sustainability planning. Her experience includes working with organizations to develop data collection plans for evaluation and quality improvement work.
