Catalyst Research is Meghan Guinnee and Dan Webb, PhD-level specialists in program development, evaluation, quality improvement, research, and data analysis. Since 2007, we have helped human service organizations, schools, foundations, and research groups write successful grant and award proposals; improve outcomes; use quality improvement methodology to improve programs and systems; perform formative and summative evaluations; and report on findings. Catalyst Research has worked at the local, regional, state, and federal levels on program evaluation. In addition, we have trained many groups on evaluation- and research-related topics.
We offer a full complement of services related to competitively funded programs, including:
• Needs and resource assessment
• Grant writing
• Logic model development
• Formative and summative program evaluation
• Quality improvement consulting
• Sustainability planning
• On-site and virtual training and technical assistance
Please contact us with questions about these or other evaluation/research topics.
We look forward to hearing from you!
