Meghan has served as an evaluator or consultant on a number of health and education projects. Her specialties include quality improvement – assisting clients in making data-driven changes that lead to better outcomes and efficiencies – and quantitative evaluation methods and analysis. Meghan holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.

Dan Webb, PhD

Dan has two decades of experience writing and evaluating local, state, and national grants. In addition, he has over ten years of experience in business/organizational intelligence and analytics. His experience includes evaluation and research in education (elementary through post-secondary), youth substance use prevention, health and medicine, and housing and urban development. Dan holds a PhD in Sociology from the University at Buffalo.

Dawn Sagerman, MPH
Project Coordinator
Dawn served as a Community Development Specialist before becoming Project Director of the Western New York Prevention Resource Center. She provided technical assistance, training, and support to community coalitions throughout the 8 counties of WNY in their substance misuse prevention efforts. Dawn holds an MPH in Community Health and Health Behaviors from the University at Buffalo.
